Our social enterprise creates paid, women-centered, trauma-informed work opportunities that allow survivors to build confidence, earn income, and gain job experience in a safe environment.
What It Will Include:
- Earn-while-you-learn paid roles
- Apprenticeship-style training in supportive environments
- Community event staffing & micro-events
- Brand ambassador pathways
- Pop-up food + micro-kitchen roles (starting with Kelli’s Hot Mess)
- Partnerships with local employers who need trained workers
This enterprise funds our programs, builds survivor income, and strengthens the entire ecosystem.

What Is a Fresh Start Kit?
A Fresh Start Kit is the first moment a survivor gets to breathe again.
It’s not fancy. It’s not complicated. It’s what every woman should have access to on the hardest day of her life.
Each kit carries the basics most people never think twice about—soap, socks, shampoo, a soft towel, personal-care essentials, and a leather journal with our logo. Simple, human, grounding.
But the most powerful piece?
The letter.
Every kit includes a handwritten note from someone in our community. Short. Honest. Written by a real woman who believes no survivor should ever feel alone when she takes her first steps toward safety.
This isn’t charity.
It’s dignity.
It’s the start of stability, independence, and a life rebuilt on her own terms.
